1.4 Call Recordings and Transcripts

If you enable call recording features:

  • Audio recordings of telephone conversations
  • AI-generated transcripts of recorded calls
  • Sentiment analysis and conversation summaries

Important: You are solely responsible for complying with applicable recording consent laws. Many jurisdictions require one-party or all-party consent before recording telephone conversations.
